Almost half of all salespeople still use MS Excel or Outlook to maintain their customer data

On average 4 out of every 10 salespeople still use informal means such as Microsoft Excel or outlook to store and maintain their lead and customer data. 

On average 10% of a sales rep time is spent in spreadsheets trying to help them accomplish what they wish they could do in CRM. (Inside Sales). 


Many inquiries, leads, opportunities, and deals still exist outside the company’s CRM and sales systems.
